We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact location you made the reservation. - Please check the following possible causes.
- ① There is an error in the email address you entered.
- ② There is no free space in the mailbox.
- ③ It has been sorted into the spam folder or another folder.
- ④ Reception is being rejected due to the settings of your email software.
- Emails from Nippon Rent-A-Car are sent from the domain "nipponrentacar.co.jp". Please check your reception settings.

Q: Can a passenger other than the person who made the reservation drive?
Yes. It is possible. As a general rule, all drivers are requested to come to the store. Please present your driver's license at the time of pick-up and write your name in the driver column on the rental document.
If it is unavoidable that not everyone can come to the store, please also write the name of the driver (who has a valid license) who cannot come to the store in the driver column on the rental certificate.

Q: What should I do if my member information changes?
- Please log in to My Page and change your member information.
Please note that the member information that you need to change is your name, phone number, and email address. - If there is a change in the information written on your driver's license (including your address), please inform location staff of the change the next time you use the service.
- *There is no need for customers to change their address and information on their driver's license.
