Q: When I registered as a member of Nippon Rent-A-Car Members Club, I did not receive the verification code via email.

Please check the following possible causes.
① There is an error in the email address you entered.
② There is no free space in the mailbox.
③ It has been sorted into the spam folder or another folder.
④ Reception is being rejected due to the settings of your email software.
Emails from Nippon Rent-A-Car are sent from the domain "nipponrentacar.co.jp". Please check your reception settings.

Q: Can a passenger other than the person who made the reservation drive?

Yes. It is possible. As a general rule, all drivers are requested to come to the store. Please present your driver's license at the time of pick-up and write your name in the driver column on the rental document.
If it is unavoidable that not everyone can come to the store, please also write the name of the driver (who has a valid license) who cannot come to the store in the driver column on the rental certificate.

Q: Can I reissue the receipt? Or is it possible to change the address on the receipt to the company name?

Receipts can be reissued or the name changed at location, so please contact the pick-up location directly.

Q: Can I leave my personal vehicle (motorcycle/bicycle) at location during rental?

In principle, we cannot keep your belongings.

Q: If I lose Nippon Rent-A-Car Member's Club Card or it has expired, do I need to reissue it? Also, what should I do if I have not received my Gold Membership Card even though I am a Gold Member?

As of November 29, 2021, we have ended the issuance of Nippon Rent-A-Car Members Club Cards. For Gold members, cards will no longer be issued in conjunction with Gold member certification from 2022.
It is not necessary to present your Nippon Rent-A-Car Member's Club Card during pick-up procedures. In addition, regardless of the expiration date written on the card, you can use thismethod as part of Nippon Rent-A-Car Members Club (the same applies to Gold members).
Please contact each credit company separately regarding the suspension or reissuance of the credit portion of cards with credit functions such as the SRM Plus Card.

Q: What should I do if my member information changes?

Please log in to My Page and change your member information.
Please note that the member information that you need to change is your name, phone number, and email address.
If there is a change in the information written on your driver's license (including your address), please inform location staff of the change the next time you use the service.
*There is no need for customers to change their address and information on their driver's license.
