On the official website, winter tires option can only be selected for reservations scheduled to pick-up between October and May of the following year.

Option to reply later
About (Request Option)

With the later reply option, we will email you the availability and price of your reservation on the next business day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and the New Year holiday period) after you apply for your rental car reservation online.

  • ・Please note that options cannot be immediately confirmed when booking online.
  • ・Applications for the delayed response option can be made up to 5 days prior to the date of use.
  • ・If there are less than four days until the date of use, please contact the reservation center or pick-up location.

Important Notices for Option Reservations

  • *Options are limited in number, so we may not be able to meet your request. Also, some location may not carry some options, and some options may not be available for certain classes.
  • *Options not listed above cannot be applied for online. Please contact the reservation center or location.

  • *For daily rates, the fee for the next day will be added for every 24 hours. For extensions, the fee will be applied for the number of days from pick-up to return. For example, if you use the car for 27 hours, the fee will be for 2 days.
