Child Seat Information
Under the Road Traffic Act, drivers are required to use a child restraint device (child seat) when carrying a child under the age of 6.
Please be sure to install the child seat when renting a car.
Please apply when you make your rental car reservation via the website.

The installation of child seats in our rental cars is based on the specifications of the child seat manufacturer that we use.
We will guide you according to our own standards, taking safety into consideration.
■Notes
- *If you are traveling with an infant under the age of 6, please make sure to reserve child seats when making your rental car reservations.
If you do not book child seats or do not prepare child seats at your end, we will not allow you to rent a car. - *It is not possible to install child seats in vans or trucks. If you would like to use a child seat, please use a passenger car.
- * Customers are responsible for installing child seats, and even if staff assists to installing them, we ask that customers check that the child seat is safey installed.
- * We are not responsible for any accidents caused by improper installation of the child seat.
- *If the child seats are damaged, soiled, or lost, we may ask you to cover the costs of repairs and cleaning.
- *Depending on the reservation situation, we may provide a child seat that is not ISOFIX.
- *Please note that we cannot make any judgments regarding the suitability of the products you bring with you for children.
Maximum number of passengers when child seats are installed
When using child seats, we ask that the following number of passengers be limited to one vehicle.
There are limited seats on which ISOFIX child seats can be installed. Please refer to the table below for seat compatibility.

- *1 If two units are installed in SIENTA (7-seater), passengers will not be able to board the third row seats because the third row seat entrance will be blocked. When using the third row seats, please only use one child seat at a time.
- *2 If an 8-seater vehicle has two child seats installed and passengers are using the third row, the child seat support legs will need to be operated when getting in and out.
Please ask the staff at location upon pick-up. - *3 When one seatbelt is installed in the second row (ISOFIX) and one seatbelt is installed in the 3rd row.

●For SIENTA (7-seater), due to the vehicle specifications, the second-row seats must be folded down when getting into the third-row seat, so the number of child seats that can be installed in the second-row seat is limited to 1. If you have 4 passengers and would like 2 child seats, please contact location directly.
