In Japan, we drive on the left side of the road, and Japanese law requires drivers and all passengers to wear seat belts.

We will carry out the following procedures.

• Present the necessary documents

  Please present one of A to C.

• Filling out the consent form

  You will be asked to confirm the validity of your driver's license and agree to important points to note when using the rental car.

• Check your usage details

  • Usage period
  • Car
  • ETC card rental or
    Insurance compensation, etc.

• Settlement

  If you wish to drop off at another location,
   Payment is settled by pre-registered credit card

  * If return to the same location, payment is made at the time of return.

Once the procedure is complete, you can rent the car. 
We will check the condition of the car and then pick-up.

• Staff will guide you to your car

• Check with the staff to see if there are any scratches or dents on the car.

• Adjust mirrors etc before pick-up

• Enjoy safe driving in Japan!

• At the gas station
  Fill up on fuel

• Return the car to location where you plan return

• Staff will confirm the Scratches and dents on the car.
