If an accident occurs while using Nippon Rent-A-Car, the contact method is as follows.

Please note that your Insurance/Indemnity, CDW and ECO
will not apply without the following procedures.

①Relief of injured persons 119

・Please provide relief to the injured.
・Please move your rental car immediately to a location where it will not interfere with other traffic.

②Contact the police 110

・The obligation to report to the police lies with both the perpetrator and the victim.
・You will need an accident certificate at a later date, so please complete the necessary procedures.

*If necessary, please use the "Accident situation memo column" on the back cover of the rental guide.

・Please have your rental car contract (rental certificate) ready and contact the Accident Reception Center.
