Rishiri location Business Guide

Access	In front of Oshidomari Port Ferry Terminal Building [Customers using Rishiri Airport] We will provide transportation between the airport and location only for reservations that specify your flight. (Approximately 10 minutes by car) Please enter your flight details in the online reservation form or contact location by phone. *If the flight is not specified, we may not be able to accommodate your request. *We do not provide pick-up and drop-off services to Kutsugata Port.

How to make a reservation

• (1) Please proceed to make a reservation via the reservation portal at the bottom of this page. Reservations for Rishiri cannot be made via any other page.
• (2) Reservations made from this page are only available to Nippon Rent-A-Car Members Club members. Please enter your ID and password to log in.

  *Corporate members: Domestic Reservation Center Please contact us by phone.
• (3) Reservations can be made for pick-up dates up to 3 days from the reservation date and return up to 90 days from the reservation date.
  *For reservations 90 days or more in advance, please contact the domestic reservation center by phone.
• (4) Please specify pick-up and return dates between April 25 and October 31. We are closed outside of these dates.
• (5) Insurance and compensation are limited to full support. You cannot choose anything other than full support.
• (6) If you are using Rishiri Airport, please be sure to enter your flight number.
  *If your flight is not specified, we may not be able to provide pick-up from the airport.
• (7) In the "Notes" section of the reservation process, you may be advised to return the vehicle with a full tank of fuel. However, since the rental fee for Rishiri includes the cost of fuel, there is no need to refuel.
• (8) After making a reservation, changes can be made from the member's My Page up until three days prior to the pick-up date (reservations can be canceled up until pick-up date and time).
