What is One-way rental?

This service allows you to return your rental car to an office different from location pick-up location.
You can choose the return location according to your schedule, such as traveling, moving, returning home, or work.

We will inform you of the One-way fee between the designated departure location and return location.

We may not be able to accept one-way rentals due to campaigns, location reservations, etc.

area

• ・One-way fee within Hokkaido are free within the same area, but charges apply when crossing areas.
• ・For One-way rentals between Hokkaido and Honshu, travel expenses such as ferry fees will be added to the One-way fee based on the distance between locations.
• *The above One-way fee simulation shows the total amount of One-way fee and travel expenses.

• ・We cannot accept One-way rentals to remote island locations such as Okinawa Main Island, Sado Island, Tanegashima, Yakushima, Ishigaki Island, and Miyako Island.
• ・One-way rental may not be available due to reasons such as conditions of the return location or the reservation status of the vehicle class being used.
