For reservations made on or after October 16 (Wed), 2024, we will be introducing the "Winter Season Fee" for use during the winter in snowy areas (areas where winter tires are standard equipment).

Nagano, Niigata, Yamanashi	2024年12月1日～2025年3月31日
Fukui, Toyama, Ishikawa	2024年12月16日～2025年3月15日
Shimane, Tottori	2024年12月16日～2025年3月15日

*For rentals up to one month

* Winter tires will be standard equipment in the above areas and periods.
*In Hokkaido, 4WD vehicles are equiped during the above period.

■ Regarding reservations made before October 15, 2024

Any reservations made before the Winter Season Fee starts will not be charged the Winter Season Fee, even if they are in the areas and during the periods listed above.
If you make any changes to your reservations*, the Winter Season Fee will be temporarily added to the reservations. However, the Winter Season Fee will be deducted at the time of pick-up. We ask for your understanding.
*This also applies to changes that we make upon receiving a request via email or phone.
