2. Reservations booked at the previous Global Website

Reservations made on the previous Global Website remain valid after the website relaunch. (the reservation numbers beginning with “NR”)
To view, change or cancel your reservation after Monday, March 19, please follow the procedures below.

(1) View your Reservation

・Please check the email delivered from “noreply@nrgroup-global.com”.

(2) Change of Reservation

・You need to re-book new reservation and cancel the current one.

・Make a reservation through the relaunched website.

Please cancel your old reservations by clicking the URL in the email sent from "noreply@nrgroup-global.com".
*The URL in the email will be invalid after December 2, 2024, so please contact "intlres@nipponrentacar.co.jp" to cancel.

(3) Cancellation of Reservation

・Please cancel your order via the URL in the email sent from "noreply@nrgroup-global.com".
*After December 2, 2024, please contact "intlres@nipponrentacar.co.jp" to cancel.

3. Checking the options booked from the previous Global Website

・If you added options at English Service Desk after making a reservation,

please refer to the email record received from "intlres@nipponrentacar.co.jp" or “global@nipponrentacar.co.jp”.

4. Discontinued My Account

We are very sorry, but you will not be able to use My Account after the relaunch.
Registered information will be automatically deleted as of the end of June 2024.

We will continue to enhancing functionality and content of our website for everyone to use.
