1. Change of the URL

If you have bookmarked our previous website, please change to the New URL.

2. Reservations booked at the previous Global Website

Reservations made on the old global site (reservation numbers beginning with NR) will remain valid even after the site renewal.

3. Checking the options booked from the previous Global Website

・If you added options at English Service Desk after making a reservation,

please refer to the email record received from "intlres@nipponrentacar.co.jp" or “global@nipponrentacar.co.jp”.

4. Discontinued My Account

We are very sorry, but you will not be able to use My Account after the relaunch.
Registered information will be automatically deleted as of the end of June 2024.

5. Abolition of the reservation completion benefit

Rental Wi-Fi: It has already ended.

NAVITIME App: It will end on Monday, March 18, 2024.

Customers who have already downloaded the NAVITIME app will be able to use it until the end of June 2024.

We will continue to enhancing functionality and content of our website for everyone to use.
