You will be guided to the counter/vehicle in the order of your registration number.

Please touch the ticketing panel with your smartphone unlocked.
This service uses NFC functionality to issue numbers.
If you do not use a smartphone, please speak to a counter staff member.
A separate registration number will be issued, and you will be given a numbered ticket.
When return the ticket, you do not need to touch the ticketing panel.

[Regarding the omission of counter procedures]
On the day of your trip, you can pick-up from 29 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time, provided it is within our operating hours.
