this is a system that compensates for vehicle deductibles.

*Subscription fees for rentals up to one month are calculated based on 15 days.
- ・If multiple accidents occur in the same rental, only the first accident will be applied. Please apply at the time of rental.
- ・You cannot join or cancel the contract after the rental procedure has been completed.
- ・Please let us know who will be driving the vehicle at the time of rental.
- *If the renter or the driver requested at the time of rental has had an accident in the past and is deemed unsuitable by our company, we may decline participation.

<About CDW exemption>
When using a rental car, customers must comply with the rental terms and conditions. The customer will be responsible for any damage caused by accidents caused by the following driving or conditions. In this case, the insurance/compensation system, CDW, and ECO included in the basic price will not be applied. When the company has paid the damages that the customer should bear, the customer must immediately pay the amount to the company.
If the prescribed procedures such as contacting the police and our company are not taken from the accident scene.
Regardless of the size of the damage, the presence or absence of the other party, and the perpetrator/damage, please contact the police and our company from the spot.

If the rental agreement is violated
Violating laws such as the Road Traffic Act, drinking or using drugs, extending the rental period without permission, driving by someone other than the renter or the driver requested at the time of rental, sub-renting, driving without a license, reckless driving, or using the rental car in violation of public order and morals. In the event that we are unable to obtain your cooperation in resolving the accident, etc.
Cases that fall under the disclaimer of insurance terms and conditions or compensation system, or are excluded from payment or similar.
Damage caused intentionally, alcohol, drug use, punctures, damaged tires, lost hubcaps, etc. Also, damage caused to property owned, used, or managed by the customer (renter or driver).
If there is a fault in use or management
If the car is parked with the key left in the vehicle and theft occurs, loss of the key, damage caused by troublesome parking, etc., damage to interior equipment, stains and odors (including smoking in a non-smoking vehicle), loss of equipment, handling and installation. Damage due to defects, incorrect refueling, damage caused by driving on roads other than roads such as coasts and riverbeds, etc.
*If the key is lost, the customer will be responsible for the key itself and the actual costs incurred by our company to deliver the key.
